Conditions

1. Conclusion of contract
Via the binding retreat registration by email, go  enter into a contractual relationship with the yoga teacher.
With the booking confirmation, the binding contract for yoga and meditation units is concluded and your place for the retreat is reserved. The reservation for the retreat is not effective until you have received a confirmation email via janinaguse@gmail.com.
 

2. Scope of Services
The scope of services and costs result from the service description of the respective offer. We reserve the right to make changes to the scope of services on site. They do not entitle you to a partial refund. The same applies to services that the participants do not use themselves during the retreat for various reasons.

3. Withdrawal of Clients from Retreat
Withdrawal is possible at any time and must be declared by the customer by e-mail. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before the retreat, half of the purchase price will be retained, from 4 weeks before 75% and 3 weeks before 100%. In individual cases, we would also look for a replacement together. If a replacement for the booked place can be found in time, this would also be a possibility of a refund. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

4. Cancellation of the trip due to force majeure
In case of difficulties on arrival - e.g. flight cancellations, strikes, etc. – the costs for yoga and rooms also arise if trips are not taken. Please take out appropriate travel insurance for these cases.
